Three Peaks Challenge
Update: The group have now successfully finished the challenge! On 7th August they reached the summit of Ben Nevis in Scotland. Well done! To date, the total amount of money raised is a whopping £430!
A group of Jenny's friends have decided to embark on an epic fund raising event for the KJ Trust. Holly McDonald, Megan Bruce, Sophie Allen, Juliette Savage, Rick Nurse and Scott Taylor plan to complete the three peaks challenge to raise money for the trust. This usually involves walking the three highest mountians in the United Kingdom within 24 hours! However, the group have decided to climb them in four months instead! (I'm sure Kathy would have thought this approach more sensible; giving the walkers more time to take in the spectacular views).
